Join us in welcoming TJ Lind as Kipsu's first Marketing Coordinator! Prior to Kipsu, TJ worked with Lyft to help grow their brand in the Twin Cities. TJ grew up in Duluth, attended school at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI, and has been in Minneapolis for the last 3 years, where he also runs a small consulting business. Outside of work, you'll find TJ brunching at The Lynhall or Red Rabbit in Minneapolis, at shows at First Ave and the Fine Line, and getting lost in the Walker and MIA. We're thrilled to have him join the Kipsu team and asked TJ to share his experience with Kipsu so far.

My favorite Kipsu core value is "pursue relentlessly." I've always had a "good isn't good enough" mindset—where I'm always asking myself how we can improve for the next campaign and what features would let our customers serve guests at an even higher level.
If you could meet any person for a chat over a shared dinner,
who would you pick and why?
I'd love to have dinner with Sir Richard Branson. He's possibly the craziest entrepreneur the world has seen. He's also incredibly decisive with his business ventures—he seeks to make a profit by being the best, not the biggest in any of the industries he enters. I'd love an opportunity to pick his flamboyant, genius, mind!
