Join us in welcoming Bessa Zenebework to our Customer Partnership Team! Prior to Kipsu, Bessa was working at HealthPartners in their Member Services department. Outside of work, Bessa loves to read, write and paint, as well as trying to spend as much time as she can outside. We're thrilled to have her join the Kipsu team and asked Bessa to share her experience with Kipsu so far.
What drew you to Kipsu
in contrast to other companies?
I was drawn to Kipsu because throughout the interview process it was clear that they were interested in me as a person and not just my skill set. It was nice to find a company that was invested in personal growth as well.
What were some things you noticed about
the Kipsu team during your first week?
Everyone is extremely kind! They have been sure to introduce themselves to me and make sure that I know they are willing to answer any of my questions. It has made me feel so comfortable and welcome.
What challenges are you looking
forward to tackling in your work at Kipsu?
I am excited to learn! This position is completely new for me and unlike anything I have done before; I am looking forward to expanding my knowledge and challenging myself to try new things.
What is your favorite Kipsu core value?
My favorite core value is Never Be Satisfied. Even throughout the short time that I have been here I have seen the hunger, determination, and commitment that the team has to continue learning and improving.
If you could meet any person for a chat over a shared dinner,
who would you pick and why?
If I could meet any person for dinner, it would have to be William Shakespeare. He’s by far my favorite writer and I have read many articles about him that have led me to believe that he would be an extremely interesting dinner guest.
